1. Repair Appointments

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments at least 2 hours before the scheduled time at no charge.

Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may incur a $20 service fee.
2. In-Progress Repairs

Once a repair has started, cancellations are not allowed.

Customers are responsible for labor costs and any parts already installed or ordered.
3. Special Order Parts

Deposits made for special-order parts are non-refundable, unless the part is unavailable.
4. Device Pickup

Devices not picked up within 14 days after completion may incur a storage fee of $5 per day.

Devices left unclaimed for 30+ days may be considered abandoned.
5. Refunds

No refunds on completed repair services.

Refunds for products (if applicable) must be requested within 7 days, subject to inspection.
