1. Repair Services

Repairs are performed based on the issues reported.

Additional issues discovered during repair will be communicated before proceeding.
2. Warranty Policy

IkePhones offers a limited 7–30 day warranty depending on the repair type.

Water damage

Unauthorized repairs after service

3. Liability

IkePhones is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage

Data loss

Issues caused by manufacturer defects

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers must remove SIM cards, memory cards, and personal accessories before service.

Devices must be legally owned by the customer.
5. Payment Terms

Full payment is required upon completion of service.

Devices will not be released until payment is made in full.
6. Refurbished & Pre-Owned Devices

Sold “as-is” unless otherwise stated.

7. Right to Refuse Service
IkePhones reserves the right to refuse service for:

Devices reported as stolen

Unsafe or severely damaged devices
