1. Repair Services

• Repairs are performed based on the issues reported.

• Additional issues discovered during repair will be communicated before proceeding.

2. Warranty Policy

• IkePhones offers a limited 7–30 day warranty depending on the repair type.

• Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage

  • Water damage

  • Unauthorized repairs after service

3. Liability

• IkePhones is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Data loss

  • Issues caused by manufacturer defects

4. Customer Responsibility

• Customers must remove SIM cards, memory cards, and personal accessories before service.

• Devices must be legally owned by the customer.

5. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required upon completion of service.

• Devices will not be released until payment is made in full.

6. Refurbished & Pre-Owned Devices

• Sold “as-is” unless otherwise stated.

• Limited warranty may apply.

7. Right to Refuse Service
IkePhones reserves the right to refuse service for:

• Devices reported as stolen

• Unsafe or severely damaged devices
