At IkePhones, we aim to deliver your devices quickly and securely.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Time

  • Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days depending on location.

  • Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or holidays.

Shipping Confirmation

  • Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

Shipping Responsibility

  • IkePhones is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Local Pickup

  • Local pickup may be available in Lawrenceville. Customers will be notified when orders are ready.

🔄 Return Policy (Device Sales)

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Return Window

  • Devices may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be in original condition (no physical damage, cracks, or water exposure)

  • Must include original packaging and accessories (if provided)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Devices that are damaged after delivery

  • Items sold as “final sale”

  • Accessories (unless defective)

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.

🔧 Repair Service Policy (Repairs)

No Returns on Completed Repairs

  • All repair services are final and non-refundable once completed and delivered.

Deposits

  • Any deposits made are non-refundable.

Unsuccessful Repairs

  • If we are unable to complete a repair, customers may receive a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.

🛡 Warranty on Repairs

  • IkePhones may offer a limited warranty (e.g., 7–30 days) on certain repairs.

  • Warranty covers parts replaced by us only and does not cover:

    • Physical damage

    • Water damage

    • Misuse or tampering

  • Customers are responsible for backing up their data before any repair. IkePhones is not responsible for data loss.

  • Any issues must be reported within the stated return or warranty period.
