Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing IkePhones — we come to you! BOOKING All appointments must be booked in advance online. A valid contact number and a $20 non-refundable travel/convenience fee is required to confirm every booking. TRAVEL/CONVENIENCE FEE & PAYMENT The $20 travel/convenience fee is deducted from your total repair cost upon successful service completion. If you cancel your appointment, decline service after we arrive, or are a no-show, the fee is non-refundable. Remaining balance is due immediately after service is completed. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING You may cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before your appointment without additional penalty (travel fee remains non-refundable). Same-day cancellations or no-shows forfeit the travel fee. ON-SITE SERVICE Please ensure your device is available and, where possible, backed up before the appointment. Repair times may vary by device model and part availability. We reserve the right to reschedule due to traffic, weather, or emergencies — you will be notified promptly. WARRANTY All repairs carry a 30-day warranty on parts and labor. Warranty does not cover new physical damage, liquid damage, or issues unrelated to the completed repair.
