Ike Phones On-Site Repair Service Policy About Our Service At Ike Phones, we offer professional, reliable, and convenient on-site cellphone repair services. Our trained technicians come directly to your home, office, or public meeting point to service your device. Booking and Service Terms Appointments must be scheduled at least 2 hours in advance. Customers are required to provide the correct device model, issue description, and location when booking. A service call fee of $35 may apply for locations beyond our primary coverage area or if no repair is completed after diagnosis. Repair Warranty All repairs are backed by a 30-day limited service warranty covering parts and labor. The warranty does not cover: Physical or liquid damage after repair Mishandling or unauthorized repairs by third parties Software-related issues unless serviced by Ike Phones Payment Terms Full payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, and debit/credit cards. Any replacement parts remain the property of Ike Phones until payment is made in full. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before arrival will attract a $35 late cancellation fee or loss of deposit if one was collected. Rescheduling is free of charge if requested at least 1 hour prior to the appointment. Reschedule requests made within 1 hour of the appointment time may be treated as a late cancellation. Liability Disclaimer Ike Phones is not liable for: Pre-existing damage to devices Data loss resulting from repairs (customers are advised to back up data before service) Any incidental damage to property during on-site service unless due to proven negligence by our technician
